Generato ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by Generato.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account through Clerk, such as your email address and name. We also collect data related to your credit balance and 3D model generation history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- Process transactions and send you related information.
- Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.
3. Images You Upload
Images you upload or select are checked by our automated moderation system and sent to our AI processing providers to generate your 3D model. Images used for a successful generation are stored with your model in your library.
If an image is blocked by moderation, we keep a copy in private, access-restricted storage for up to 180 days so our team can review it, enforce our Terms, and meet our legal obligations. These copies are never shown publicly and are deleted automatically after 180 days. For images that appear to involve a minor, we do not keep the image; we keep only a technical fingerprint and the details of the attempt, and we may report it to the authorities as required by law.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services, such as with secure authentication, cloud infrastructure, and AI processing providers, or where required by law.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
