Generato is a browser-based AI tool that converts a text prompt or any image into a fully textured 3D model in seconds. Drop the model into mixed reality on Meta Quest 2, 3, or Pro using WebXR — no app install, no Blender, no Unity.

What you can do with Generato

• Text to 3D: Describe an object ("a red sneaker", "low-poly tree", "vintage telephone") and get a usable 3D mesh.
• Image to 3D: Upload any photo and convert the main subject into a 3D model with baked textures.
• Place in mixed reality: Enter WebXR on a Meta Quest headset and put your generations into the real room with passthrough.
• Manage a personal library: Every model you generate is saved to your account and instantly placeable in VR.

How it works

Generato is powered by Meta's SAM-3D for 3D reconstruction and FLUX for text-to-image, both running on fal.ai. Authentication is handled by Clerk and saved generations live in Supabase. Built on the Immersive Web SDK (IWSDK) and Three.js.
